What Are Format Options?

Easily customize how your Excel sheets are converted into PDFs with intuitive formatting controls.

When you click the format options button next to the convert button, you get the following options:

More Options

Per-File Customization: Click the "Format Options" button next to each uploaded file to customize file format individually.

Apply to All Files: Use the "Format All" button to apply the same formatting settings to every uploaded file for batch conversions.

Available Formatting Options:

• Fit Sheet to One Page

  Shrink your entire Excel sheet to fit on a single PDF page — perfect for compact viewing.

• Set Content Per Page
  • • Rows per Page – Choose how many rows you want per PDF page.
  • • Tables per Page – Limit how many tables should appear on each page.
  • • Note: If both are set, the one that fills up first will be used.
  • • Allow Table Splits – Decide if a table can be split across pages when the limit is reached. Turn off if you want full tables only on each page.
• Allow Column Cuts

  Let the converter break up wide tables by cutting columns when needed — this helps keep everything readable.

• Scale (Zoom Level)

  Adjust how zoomed-in your PDF should be. Higher numbers = larger content.
